Our Practice
Sycuan Medical Dental Center (SMDC) is a comprehensive outpatient primary and specialty care facility. We offer patients high quality health care through our full service primary care medical clinic, as well as specialty and alternative medicine services. Our dental department is staffed by qualified and devoted general dentists, including a specialist in endodontic care. Through our pharmacy, we provide outpatient pharmaceutical services and, in many cases, discounted prices for our patients.

Your primary care provider can coordinate your care in real time and in person with your dentist, your pharmacist (or clinical pharmacist), your alternative care provider, and/or our Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Sycuan Medical Dental Center also offers on-site labs and x-ray.
