At Sycuan Health Center, our goal is to serve any patient that comes to us for help. To further this goal, we are actively working to contract with additional insurance carriers and plans. Please call us for up-to-date information regarding plans we accept. We offer a low-cost sliding fee scale for patients not covered by currently accepted insurance plans.

- We accept all PPO insurances. If you have a PPO plan, please call the customer service number on your card to verify that we are an in-network provider with your specific plan. Out of network share of cost rates can be significantly higher for the patient.

- Dental accepts all PPO insurances. We accept many other plans as an out-of-network provider, usually with lower fees than in-network providers. Call Sycuan Dental at (619) 445-0707 Ext 142 to verify insurance coverage.
Prescription Plans
- We accept most private/commercial insurance plans as well as Medicare Part D prescription plans. To confirm if we take your plan, please call our friendly pharmacy staff at 619-445-0707, ext. 133. We’ll be happy to assist you with all your prescription needs.
