She brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in revenue cycle management, billing, claims, customer service, and healthcare education. Desiree is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively connect with and support a diverse patient population.
Prior to joining Sycuan Health Center, Desiree gained extensive experience across a variety of healthcare roles, developing a broad range of clinical and healthcare expertise. With more than 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, claims, customer service, and healthcare education, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the administrative and financial processes that support quality patient care.
