Paula Phillips joined Sycuan Health Center in 2025 as a Pharmacy Clerk. Prior to joining Sycuan Health Center, she spent 15 years at the Sycuan Hotel and Casino gift shop, where she built extensive experience in customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and staff training.
In 2025, Paula transitioned into healthcare, where she is excited to apply her strong customer service background while learning new skills and supporting patients and staff at Sycuan Health Center. She enjoys meeting new people, embracing new experiences, and appreciates the consistency and work-life balance that come with her role.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, making memories at the beach, and sharing good food with loved ones.
