Isabel Velarde joined Sycuan Health Center in 2026 as a Project Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and brings a diverse professional background spanning healthcare, project management, and community engagement. Prior to joining Sycuan, Isabel worked as a Project Manager in the construction industry, where she developed strong organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills. She also gained valuable healthcare experience working in a dental clinic, further strengthening her understanding of patient-centered care and clinical operations.
At Sycuan Health Center, Isabel leads the clinic’s marketing and outreach efforts, helping to connect community members with available healthcare services and programs. She coordinates initiatives that promote health awareness, strengthen community partnerships, and support the clinic’s mission of delivering high-quality care. Her blend of project management expertise and healthcare experience allows her to effectively support organizational goals while fostering meaningful community engagement.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys exploring all forms of art and spending quality time with family, friends, and loved ones.
